Trip Overview
When you think of Greece, you think of the long history this country has. This is the country that gave democracy as an idea to the world. You would have seen a few Hollywood movies about this country and will be wondering where what you have seen took place. Whether all this is reality or myth, you will find out once you get here.
Trip Highlight
- It all starts with Athens, which has a few good museums, apart from the large structures glowing in their history. It is an old city with a well-preserved past.
- Visit Olympia, the city that gave the Olympics to the world. The ancient temples will give you something to admire.
- If you want to see an ancient theater, we will be taking you to Argos for this. You will be able to see how the Greeks lived millenniums ago.
Itinerary
Arrive in Athens, Greece
Time to explore Athens
We will take you to the Acropolis Museum and on the way, you will come across several important buildings including large churches. The museum is one of the most important ones in the world (4 hours). You can have lunch at an eatery within the museum. Then you will be taken to Lycabettus Hill, the highest point in the city, from where you can admire the entire city (2 hours). Next, you will be back to your hotel to relax.
Trip to Olympia
After your breakfast, prepare for a 4-hour drive across the south of Greece to Olympia. You will have guessed by now, what to expect here. Before you start, you will have your lunch and you will be guided towards highly recommended restaurants. The archaeological remains are large and many, you can take a look around at your leisure. In the end, you return to your hotel in the city.
Trip to Argos
Once you have had your breakfast, get ready for Argos. You will be taken To Argos, 2 and a half-hour ride from your hotel. Here you will find how the ancients lived here and like most will find out that life was of a totally different kind then. You will be taken to various sites, before and after lunch (5 hours). At the end of the day, you will be traveling back to Athens in under 2 hours.

Package Policies
Confirmation Policy
- Booking needs to be done 60 days before the tour start date.
- Booking will be confirmed after receipt of complete payment and you will get your confirmed itinerary.
- The itinerary will be decided after communication with you and the itinerary listed above is not final.
- The accommodation suggested can change according to availability.
Refund Policy
Once you have booked the tour, no refunds can be made.
Booking Policy
Your tour will be booked as soon as you have gone through the payment process. You should go ahead with the booking only after you are completely sure that you or your group will be available for the tour dates.
Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel the booking, once made, under any circumstances.
Payment Policy
You need to pay the complete amount to have your booking confirmed. Always go through your itinerary to make sure that everything is as you require it before proceeding with the payment, as no changes are allowed later. You can get involved in other activities if you wish to pay for them yourself.
